Occam Capital is an expansion stage private equity fund, with a focus on high-growth information technology-enabled companies. It was founded in 2004 by Laurent Cadieu, Marc Goldberg and Fran�ois Lepicard. the firm currently counts six consultants who have been working together successfully for several years.

FOCUS
Occam Capital focuses on high-growth information technology-enabled companies with at least �1M in annual revenues. The prime focus is Europe but the firm has global investment and operation experience from investments in United States, Europe and Asia Pacific. As such, it is able to offer European companies significant expansion assistance inot just in Europe but also in the United States and China.

Much of the team's success has been driven by its active role in providing its portfolio companies with strategic vallue-added services and highly practical operating expertise. The team is also very active in finding and recruiting senior management where required, and in helping whith exit positioning to bankers and strategic buyers. Occam's team includes highly experienced operating executives, with expertise in high-tech sales, marketing, research & development and general management. Our engagements vary from temporary operating engagement, to full-time on-site deployment for extended periods. The level of a company is determined by the requirements of the the company's management team. In addition its in-house resources, Occam has access to a global network of professionals.

The Occam team believes in concentrating its value-added services on a small number of selected investments. To accomplish this, Occam maintains a low capital base. The current Occam fund is made up of $50M in commited capital from leading institutional and private investors worldwide, including all members of the Occam team.
